IR Teams Get New Faces at Oura, Caterpillar, and Novartis Amid Busy Hiring Period
Former Baytex Energy head of investor relations Brian Ector has retired after a 32-year career in Canadian capital markets. In his role, he chaired the Canadian IR association from 2016 to 2018.
Ector plans to spend time with family and friends, including joining his hockey buddies on hikes and fishing trips.
Meanwhile, Oura has appointed Michael DeLalio as vice president of investor relations ahead of its planned IPO on US markets later this year. DeLalio previously led IR at DraftKings for five years.
Caterpillar has also made a new hire in Ryan Coleman as senior director of investor relations, while Novartis has brought in Amelie Schrader to be its new executive director, investor relations.
