J.P. Morgan Files SEC Filing for Real Assets Interval Fund
J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc. is preparing to launch the JPMorgan Real Assets Dedicated Fund, an interval fund organized as a Delaware Statutory Trust, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing on August 7, 2026.
The strategy aims to deliver current income and long-term capital appreciation by allocating at least 80% of net assets to real asset sectors globally, including real estate, infrastructure, agriculture, farmland, and timber.
The fund will build exposure through primary investments in real estate investment trusts (REITs) and business development companies (BDCs), alongside preferred equity securities, debt instruments, and open-end vehicles such as exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
