Jefferies Keeps Hold Rating on HON Amid Mixed Analyst Sentiment
Jefferies analyst Stephen Volkmann has maintained a Hold rating on Honeywell International (HON), with a price target of $255.00. This recommendation comes after Volkmann's recent report, which highlights HON's quarterly revenue and net profit for the period ending June 30.
Honeywell International reported a quarterly revenue of $9.72 billion and a net profit of $5.68 billion, compared to last year's revenue of $10.35 billion and net profit of $1.57 billion. According to TipRanks, Volkmann is a 5-star analyst with an average return of 19.5% and a 67.63% success rate.
Interestingly, Honeywell International received a Hold from Bernstein's Varun Govindaraj on August 12, but just two days later, J.P. Morgan assigned a Buy rating to the company. This mixed analyst sentiment may raise questions about HON's future performance.
