Jefferson Park Takes Over IronPigs' Stadium After Naming Rights Deal
The IronPigs' stadium in Allentown is getting a new name. Jefferson Park will replace Coca-Cola Park, which has been home to the team since it opened in 2008. The change comes after ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages announced that it would conclude its naming rights partnership at the end of the 2027 baseball season.
Jefferson Health, which owns Lehigh Valley Health Network, is the new naming rights partner for the stadium. This deal will have a lasting impact on the team and its community, according to IronPigs co-owner Joe Finley. 'This announcement will have a meaningful impact on the future of our ballpark and team,' he said.
Although Coca-Cola Park will be renamed Jefferson Park, ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages will continue to serve products at the stadium. The company will also remain involved in park initiatives and charitable events.
