Jim Cramer Sees 'Revenge of the Magnificent Seven' Amid AI Investing Boom
Jim Cramer has identified what he calls the 'revenge of the Magnificent Seven,' a group of former market leaders that have underperformed and are now too cheap to ignore.
The 'Magnificent Seven' includes Amazon, Alphabet, Meta, Microsoft, and Tesla, which have trailed the overall market as measured by the S&P 500's year-to-date gain of 13%.
Cramer says it's time to revisit these stocks because they've become relatively cheap on a price-to-earnings basis. He notes that Amazon's shares are up just 12% this year, despite strength in its cloud business and advertising operations.
Cramer also sees opportunities for Alphabet, Meta, Microsoft, Nvidia, and Tesla, citing their growth potential, AI investments, and potential catalysts such as a buyback or a combination with SpaceX.
