JLens Unveils Workplace Tracker to Combat Antisemitism in US Corporations
JLens, an investment network affiliated with the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), has released a 'Workplace Tracker' to evaluate companies on their support for Jewish employees.
The tool assesses the 100 largest public companies by market capitalization based on 14 metrics across three categories: 'Jewish experience in the workplace, religious accommodations, and workplace protections.'
JLens Managing Director Ari Hoffnung noted that asking for religious accommodation is not easy, especially for new employees who may feel hesitant to request special treatment.
The companies with Gold ratings are Amazon, Spotify, and Pfizer. Those with Silver ratings include Meta, Microsoft, and Thermo Fisher Scientific. Apple, Citigroup, Netflix, and American Express were among those in the lowest tier.
