JoAnn Kohus, a devoted sister, aunt, and friend, passed away on August 22nd at the age of 73. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, on May 18th, 1953, JoAnn spent her life spreading kindness and compassion to those around her.

With a successful career spanning several years at Procter & Gamble and Sunny D, JoAnn's professional achievements were overshadowed by her genuine warmth and dedication to caring for others. A true animal lover, she took in numerous dogs throughout her life, including Sam, Amber, Nuit, Snuggles, P.T., Joey, Beau, and Bentley.

Jean built a reputation as a talented Christmas ornament creator alongside her sister Nancy. Her community involvement also included lending support to St. Ann's during their Christmas walk. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the SPCA or an animal charity in honor of JoAnn's lifelong dedication to animals.
