JPMorgan Asset Management's Mitie Stake Falls Below Disclosure Threshold
JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc., the investment arm of JPMorgan Chase & Co., has reduced its stake in Mitie Group plc (MTO) to below the mandatory disclosure threshold. This change was notified on August 12, 2026, after the threshold was crossed on August 10, 2026.
The previous combined voting rights stake held by JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc. stood at 5.127199%, consisting of 4.903132% in direct and indirect voting rights attached to shares and 0.224067% via financial instruments with equivalent economic effect.
According to the UK's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, once a shareholder falls below this threshold, they are no longer required to be listed on Mitie Group's major shareholders' register.
