The majority of JPMorgan's holdings are held through its subsidiaries, with J.P. Morgan Securities PLC being the largest contributor, accounting for 4,606,654 direct voting rights and 2.00% of the stake.
JPMorgan Chase & Co. controls these holdings through a chain of subsidiaries, including JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, J.P. Morgan International Finance Limited, and J.P. Morgan Capital Holdings Limited.
