JPMorgan Bolsters Tech M&A with Former BofA Executive

JPMorgan Chase & Co. has hired David Fishman from Bank of America Corp. as vice chair and head of its technology mergers and acquisitions business in North America, according to Bloomberg.

Fishman, a former M&A lawyer with over 15 years at Bank of America, will join JPMorgan after serving as co-head of technology, media and telecom M&A, and chief strategy officer for the bank's investment arm.

In his new role, Fishman will report to Chris Grose and Greg Mendelson, co-heads of technology investment banking at JPMorgan, and Charlie Bouckaert, global head of M&A.
