JPMorgan Boosts Pinewood Technologies Stake to 6.16%

JPMorgan has increased its stake in Pinewood Technologies to 6.16% of voting rights, according to a regulatory filing.

The bank's holding company, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, owns shares and financial instruments through various subsidiaries, including J.P. Morgan Securities PLC.

The largest individual swap positions include 633,222 voting rights expiring October 4, 2027, and 461,212 voting rights expiring April 30, 2029.

JPMorgan's total holdings in Pinewood Technologies now represent a significant stake in the company, with the bank holding 3.608% of direct voting rights attached to shares and 2.557% through financial instruments.
