JPMorgan Boosts Pinewood Technologies Stake to 6.47%
JPMorgan has increased its stake in Pinewood Technologies to 6.47% after crossing the threshold on September 8, according to a regulatory filing.
The financial institution now holds 7,451,751 total voting rights in the company, comprising 4.38% in direct and indirect voting rights attached to shares and 2.09% through cash-settled equity swaps.
This represents an increase from JPMorgan's previous notification of 6.18% total holdings, which consisted of 4.00% voting rights attached to shares and 2.17% through financial instruments.
The largest individual swap positions include 642,779 voting rights expiring on October 4, 2027, representing 0.56% of voting rights, and 461,212 voting rights expiring on April 30, 2029, representing 0.40%.
