JPMorgan Boosts Stake in Lotus Resources to 6.48%

JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the world's largest financial institutions, has increased its stake in Lotus Resources Ltd. (ASX: LOT) to 6.48% as of September 4, 2026.

This represents a significant voting power increase for JPMorgan in the uranium firm, with the company now holding 35,421,509 ordinary shares in LOT.

The changes in relevant interests involved multiple JPMorgan affiliates, including JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., J.P. Morgan Securities PLC, and others, which reported various transactions such as securities on loan as agent lender, securities lending agreements, rehypothecation of client securities, and principal/proprietary purchases and sales.

The increase in voting power was recorded through a Form 604 filing submitted by Vasim Pathan, Compliance Officer at JPMorgan, on September 8, 2026.
