JPMorgan Bumps Up Pinewood Technologies Stake to 6.47%

JPMorgan Chase & Co. has increased its stake in Pinewood Technologies Group PLC to 6.47%, according to a regulatory filing.

The financial institution now holds 7,451,751 total voting rights in the company, comprising 4.38% in direct and indirect voting rights attached to shares and 2.09% through cash-settled equity swaps.

J.P. Morgan Securities PLC holds 5,041,847 voting rights indirectly, representing the bulk of the direct shareholding.
