Cathleen Ryan Reneer is a renowned cybersecurity and identity management executive with over four decades of experience in leading global technology initiatives. Currently, she serves as Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co., overseeing Global Identity and Access Management operations while supporting the firm's Tampa Technology Center.

Reneer has built a reputation as a dynamic and results-driven leader who balances operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and large-scale transformation while managing teams and critical systems across global enterprises. Her leadership approach combines strategic vision with a strong focus on mentoring, innovation, and organizational growth.

Before joining JPMorgan Chase, Reneer spent over 30 years at IBM, where she held numerous senior leadership roles spanning cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, operational optimization, and global technology services.
