JPMorgan Chase Expands in Frisco with New Office Lease
JPMorgan Chase is expanding its presence in Texas by leasing a 41,000 square foot space in The Tower at Hall Park in Frisco. This new office will be part of a $7 billion redevelopment project and is scheduled to open in 2028.
The new office will include 120 bankers from the firm's commercial banking, private bank, and select wealth management businesses. Most of these employees will be new hires, but some have already been working at a co-working space in Frisco ahead of the office's opening.
JPMorgan Chase is responding to a growing demand for wealth management services in North Texas. Ashley Herbst, head of J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Dallas and Collin County, stated that 'our growing presence in Collin County shows the rising demand for wealth management and our dedication to meeting clients where they live.'
The Tower at Hall Park will feature a 'client center' for bankers to meet with their clients, as well as other workspaces and amenities such as restaurants. The two-story space can hold up to 150 employees.
