JPMorgan Chase Eyes Center City Office Consolidation
JPMorgan Chase is on the verge of consolidating its Philadelphia operations under one roof at 2400 Market St. The move would bring together teams from various locations, including JPMorgan Wealth Advisors and JPMorgan Private Bank.
The bank currently has a scattered footprint in the city, with offices at 1735 Market St., One Liberty Place, and 1880 John F. Kennedy Blvd. InstaMed, a Philadelphia payments company acquired by JPMorgan for $500 million in 2019, also employs hundreds of people at its location.
Aramark is subleasing its entire fifth floor to JPMorgan Chase, which would give the bank a total of 63,000 square feet. Aramark will retain some space in the building and relocate its staff from the fifth floor to other floors.
