JPMorgan Chase Files for Approval on COF-Linked Contingent Income Securities
JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has filed for approval to issue three-year contingent income auto-callable securities tied to the performance of Capital One Financial Corporation (COF UN Equity) stock.
The securities, which will be issued on or around September 4, 2026, will have a stated principal amount of $1,000 per security and an estimated value of at least $940.00 per $1,000 stated principal amount security on the pricing date.
Investors can earn contingent quarterly payments of at least $26.00 (at least 2.60% of the stated principal amount) per security if the closing price of the underlying stock is greater than or equal to the downside threshold level on any determination date.
If the final stock price is greater than or equal to the initial stock price, investors will receive a payment at maturity equal to the stated principal amount plus the contingent quarterly payment with respect to the final determination date, plus any previously unpaid contingent quarterly payments. However, if the final stock price is less than the initial stock price, the payment at maturity will be less than 70% of the stated principal amount and could be zero.
