JPMorgan Chase Files North America Structured Investments Auto Callable Contingent Interest Notes
JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has filed a preliminary pricing supplement for its North America Structured Investments 2yrNC6m NDX/RTY/SPX Auto Callable Contingent Interest Notes.
The notes will have a minimum denomination of $1,000 and will be listed on the CUSIP with the number 46661MUW2. The underlyings for these notes are the Nasdaq-100 Index, Russell 2000 Index, and S&P 500 Index.
If the closing value of each underlying is greater than or equal to its initial value on any autocall review date, the notes will be automatically called, and investors will receive a cash payment for each $1,000 principal amount note. If the final value of any underlying is less than its trigger value, investors will lose more than 40% of their principal amount at maturity and could lose all of their principal amount. Any payment on these notes is subject to the credit risk of JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC and JPMorgan Chase & Co.
