JPMorgan Chase Files Registration Statement for North America Structured Investments
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has filed a registration statement for its North America Structured Investments, a product that offers investors a chance to gain returns tied to the Russell 2000 Index.
The notes have an upside leverage factor of 2.00 and a maximum return of at least 15.50%. If the final value of the index is greater than its initial value, investors will receive a cash payment that provides a return equal to the underlying return multiplied by the upside leverage factor, subject to the maximum return.
However, if the underlying declines from its initial value by more than 10.00%, investors could lose up to $900 for each $1,000 note. Any payment on the notes is also subject to the credit risk of JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC and JPMorgan Chase & Co.
