JPMorgan Chase Introduces Auto Callable Accelerated Barrier Notes Linked to MerQube US Large-Cap Vol Advantage Index
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has introduced a new financial product called Auto Callable Accelerated Barrier Notes Linked to the MerQube US Large-Cap Vol Advantage Index. The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The notes are designed for investors who seek early exit prior to maturity at a premium if, on any Review Date (other than the final Review Date), the closing level of the MerQube US Large-Cap Vol Advantage Index is at or above the Call Value. The earliest date on which an automatic call may be initiated is August 31, 2027.
The notes also offer investors an uncapped return of 5.00 times any appreciation of the Index at maturity if the notes have not been automatically called. However, investors should be willing to forgo interest and dividend payments and accept the risk of losing a significant portion or all of their principal amount at maturity.
The MerQube US Large-Cap Vol Advantage Index is subject to a 6.0% per annum daily deduction, which will offset any appreciation of the futures contracts included in the Index, heighten any depreciation of those futures contracts and generally be a drag on the performance of the Index.
