JPMorgan Chase Introduces Auto Callable Dual Directional Accelerated Barrier Notes Linked to iShares MSCI South Korea ETF and Nikkei 225 Index
JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has introduced Auto Callable Dual Directional Accelerated Barrier Notes linked to the Lesser Performing of the iShares MSCI South Korea ETF and the Nikkei 225 Index. The notes are designed for investors seeking early exit prior to maturity at a premium, or an uncapped return based on the performance of the underlying assets.
The notes have a minimum denomination of $1,000 and will be priced on September 1, 2026. They are expected to settle on or about September 4, 2026. The CUSIP for these notes is 46661M4P6.
Investors should note that the notes involve a number of risks, including the credit risk of JPMorgan Financial and JPMorgan Chase & Co. as guarantor. Payments on the notes are not linked to a basket composed of the underlying assets, but rather to their individual performance.
The automatic call date is September 7, 2027, and if the closing value of each Underlying on this date is greater than or equal to its Call Value, the notes will be automatically called for a cash payment. This payment will be $1,000 plus the Call Premium Amount of $200.00 per $1,000 principal amount note.
If the notes have not been automatically called and the Final Value of each Underlying is greater than its Initial Value, the payment at maturity will be calculated based on the Lesser Performing Underlying Return and an Upside Leverage Factor of 2.8255.
