JPMorgan Chase Introduces Capped Dual Directional Buffered Equity Notes Linked to Dow Jones, S&P 500, and Health Care Sector
JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has introduced a new structured investment product called Capped Dual Directional Buffered Equity Notes. These notes are linked to the performance of three underlying assets: the Dow Jones Industrial Average, the S&P 500 Equal Weight Index, and the State Street Health Care Select Sector SPDR ETF.
The notes offer investors a unique opportunity to benefit from any appreciation or depreciation of the least performing underlying asset up to a maximum upside return of 15.50%. The buffer amount is set at 15.00%, which means that if the final value of an underlying asset is less than its initial value by more than this amount, investors will lose some or most of their principal amount at maturity.
The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co., which reduces the credit risk for investors. However, as with any investment product, there are risks involved, including the potential loss of principal amount and the lack of interest and dividend payments.
Investors should carefully consider their financial situation and risk tolerance before investing in these notes. The pricing date was July 30, 2026, and the original issue date is expected to be on or about August 4, 2026.
