JPMorgan Chase Introduces Capped Dual Directional Buffered Equity Notes
JPMorgan Chase & Co has introduced Capped Dual Directional Buffered Equity Notes Linked to the Lesser Performing of the Nasdaq-100 Index and the S&P 500 Index. These notes are designed for investors seeking a capped, unleveraged exposure to any appreciation or depreciation of the indices.
The Maximum Upside Return is 31.85%, meaning that if the lesser performing index returns a positive value at maturity, the maximum payment will be $1,318.50 per $1,000 principal amount note. However, if the final value of either index is less than its initial value by more than the Buffer Amount (10.00%), investors will lose some or most of their principal amount.
The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co. and have a minimum denomination of $1,000. They were priced on August 24, 2026 and are expected to settle on or about August 27, 2026.
