JPMorgan Chase Introduces New Auto Callable Contingent Interest Notes
JPMorgan Chase & Co has introduced a new investment product called North America Structured Investments 18mNC6m NDXT/RTY Auto Callable Contingent Interest Notes. The notes are backed by J.P. Morgan Structured Investments and will be traded on the market with the CUSIP number 46661MN91.
The notes have a minimum denomination of $1,000 and will track two underlying indices: Nasdaq-100 and Russell 2000. The investors can earn at least 11% per annum in contingent interest payments, paid monthly, if the closing value of each Underlying is greater than or equal to its Initial Value.
The notes have a maturity date of April 4, 2028 and will be automatically called if on any Review Date (other than the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and final Review Dates) the closing value of each Underlying is greater than or equal to its Initial Value. If the notes are not called, the investors will receive a cash payment at maturity for each $1,000 principal amount note, equal to $1,000 plus the Contingent Interest Payment applicable to the final Review Date.
The estimated value of the notes is at least $900 per $1,000 principal amount note. The notes are subject to various risks including the risk of decline in the value of each Underlying and the credit risks of JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC and JPMorgan Chase & Co.
