JPMorgan Chase & Co. has introduced a new financial product called Uncapped Buffered Return Enhanced Notes Linked to the EURO STOXX 50® Index due September 5, 2030.
The notes are designed for investors who seek an uncapped return of 1.70 times any appreciation of the EURO STOXX 50® Index at maturity.
The notes are unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC, which is fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The minimum denomination for these notes is $1,000, and they were priced on September 2, 2026, with an expected settlement date on or about September 8, 2026.
