JPMorgan Chase Issues Auto Callable Accelerated Barrier Notes Linked to S&P 500 and Nasdaq-100 Indices
JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC is set to issue Auto Callable Accelerated Barrier Notes linked to the Lesser Performing of the S&P 500® Futures Excess Return Index and the Nasdaq-100 Futures Excess ReturnTM Index. The notes are designed for investors who seek early exit prior to maturity at a premium if, on the Review Date, the closing level of each index is at or above its Call Value.
The automatic call may be initiated on September 14, 2027, and the notes will be automatically called for a cash payment equal to (a) $1,000 plus (b) the Call Premium Amount, payable on the Call Settlement Date. If the notes are automatically called, investors will not benefit from the Upside Leverage Factor that applies to the payment at maturity if the Final Value of each index is greater than its Initial Value.
The notes have a minimum denomination of $1,000 and integral multiples thereof, and are expected to price on or about September 8, 2026. Investing in the notes involves a number of risks, including the risk of losing more than 30% of the principal amount at maturity.
