JPMorgan Chase Issues Auto Callable Accelerated Barrier Notes Linked to Nasdaq-100 Technology Sector Index and Russell 2000
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has issued Auto Callable Accelerated Barrier Notes linked to the Lesser Performing of the Nasdaq-100® Technology Sector IndexSM and the Russell 2000® Index.
The notes are designed for investors seeking early exit prior to maturity at a premium if, on any Review Date (other than the final Review Date), the closing level of each index is at or above its Call Value.
The earliest date on which an automatic call may be initiated is September 2, 2027. The notes are also designed for investors seeking an uncapped return of 2.00 times any appreciation of the lesser performing of the indices at maturity, if the notes have not been automatically called.
Investors should be willing to forgo interest and dividend payments and be willing to accept the risk of losing a significant portion or all of their principal amount at maturity.
