JPMorgan Chase Issues Auto Callable Contingent Interest Notes Linked to Caterpillar Inc.
JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has issued Auto Callable Contingent Interest Notes linked to Caterpillar Inc.'s common stock. The notes are designed for investors seeking a high-yield option, but also come with significant risks.
The notes will be automatically called if the closing price of one share of Caterpillar's common stock is greater than or equal to $512.76 on any review date, except the first and final dates. This means that investors can receive their initial investment back plus a contingent interest payment, which would total $1,037.50.
However, if the closing price falls below this threshold, the notes will not be automatically called and investors may lose some or all of their principal. The notes also come with an estimated value of $968.90 per $1,000 principal amount note.
