JPMorgan Chase Issues Buffered Digital Notes Linked to Dow Jones, Russell 2000, and S&P 500 Indices
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has issued Buffered Digital Notes Linked to the Least Performing of the Dow Jones Industrial Average, the Russell 2000 Index, and the S&P 500 Index. The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The notes have a minimum denomination of $1,000 and integral multiples thereof, and were priced on August 24, 2026. They are expected to settle on or about August 27, 2026.
Investors who purchase the notes can expect a fixed return of 7.35% at maturity if the Final Value of the least performing index is greater than or equal to its Initial Value or is less than its Initial Value by up to 20.00%. However, investors should be willing to forgo interest and dividend payments and lose up to 80.00% of their principal amount at maturity.
The notes are unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC, which is fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co. Payments on the notes are not linked to a basket composed of the indices, but rather to the performance of each index individually.
