JPMorgan Chase & Co., through its subsidiary JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC, has issued Capped Accelerated Barrier Notes Linked to the Lesser Performing of the Russell 2000 Index and the S&P 500 Index. The notes are designed for investors seeking a return of 1.25 times any appreciation of the lesser performing index up to a maximum return of 17.25% at maturity.
Investors should be aware that they will forfeit interest and dividend payments and may lose some or all of their principal amount at maturity. The notes are unsecured obligations of JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC, with the payment fully guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The notes have a minimum denomination of $1,000 and are expected to settle on September 3, 2026. The estimated value of the notes was $979.30 per $1,000 principal amount note when their terms were set.
