JPMorgan Chase Issues Capped Buffered Return Enhanced Notes Linked to S&P 500 Index and More
JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC is issuing Capped Buffered Return Enhanced Notes Linked to an Unequally Weighted Basket Consisting of the S&P 500 Index, the Nasdaq-100 Index , and the Russell 2000 Index. The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The notes will have a minimum denomination of $1,000 and integral multiples thereof, with an expected pricing on or about October 8, 2026, and settlement on or about October 13, 2026. They are designed for investors seeking a return of 2.00 times any appreciation of the unequally weighted basket.
The S&P 500 Index is expected to make up 50.00% of the Basket, making it the dominant component. Investors should be aware that they will generally lose up to 90.00% of their principal amount at maturity if the Final Basket Value is less than the Initial Basket Value by more than the Buffer Amount.
The notes are not bank deposits and are not insured by any governmental agency. The estimated value of the notes, when the terms are set, will be provided in the pricing supplement and will not be less than $900.00 per $1,000 principal amount note.
