JPMorgan Chase Issues Capped Dual Directional Buffered Equity Notes Linked to Major Indices
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has announced the issuance of Structured Investments Capped Dual Directional Buffered Equity Notes Linked to the Least Performing of the Russell 2000 Index, the S&P 500 Index, and the Nasdaq-100 Index.
The notes are designed for investors seeking a capped, unleveraged exposure to any appreciation or depreciation of the least performing index. The Maximum Upside Return is at least 27.25%, corresponding to a maximum payment at maturity of $1,272.50 per $1,000 principal amount note.
The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co. and are expected to price on or about September 14, 2026. The Strike Value of each index has been determined by reference to the closing level of that index on September 11, 2026.
The payment at maturity will be calculated based on the final value of each index relative to its strike value and buffer amount. If the final value is less than the strike value by more than the buffer amount, investors may lose some or most of their principal amount at maturity.
