JPMorgan Chase Issues Capped Notes Linked to S&P 500 Index
JPMorgan Chase & Co. is issuing capped notes linked to the S&P 500 Index, offering investors exposure to any appreciation of the index over a set term with a maximum return of at least 32.50% at maturity.
The notes are unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC, which are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co. Investors should be willing to forgo interest and dividend payments in exchange for the possibility of full repayment of principal at maturity.
The notes will be priced on or about September 3, 2026, and settle on or about September 9, 2026. The estimated value of the notes would be approximately $971.50 per $1,000 principal amount note if they were priced today.
