JPMorgan Chase Issues Contingent Interest Notes Linked to HPE, ATI, and AppLovin
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has issued Auto Callable Contingent Interest Notes linked to the performance of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company, ATI Inc., and AppLovin Corporation.
The notes are designed for investors seeking a Contingent Interest Payment with respect to each Review Date for which the closing price of one share of each Reference Stock is greater than or equal to 60.00% of its Initial Value.
Investors should be aware that they may lose up to 75.00% of their principal and that no Contingent Interest Payment may be made with respect to some or all Review Dates.
The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co., which is the guarantor, but payments on the notes are subject to the credit risk of JPMorgan Financial, as issuer of the notes.
The notes will be priced on September 11, 2026, and are expected to settle on or about September 16, 2026, with a minimum denomination of $1,000 and integral multiples thereof.
