JPMorgan Chase Issues Digital Barrier Notes Linked to Multiple Market Indices
JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has issued a new type of investment product called Digital Barrier Notes. These notes are linked to three different market indices and offer investors a fixed return if the final value of any one of these indices is greater than or equal to 70% of its initial value.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average, the S&P 500 Equal Weight Index, and the State Street Consumer Discretionary Select Sector SPDR ETF are the three market indices used in this investment product. The notes will mature on October 15, 2027, and investors who purchase them can expect to receive a fixed return of 9.05% at maturity.
However, if the final value of any one of these indices is less than its barrier amount, investors may lose some or all of their principal amount at maturity. The notes are unsecured obligations of JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC and are fully guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
