JPMorgan Chase & Co. has issued a new type of financial instrument known as notes, which offer investors a potential return of 23.00% per annum.

The notes are linked to the performance of two Reference Stocks, and if their closing prices meet certain conditions, investors will receive a Contingent Interest Payment equal to $19.1667 for each $1,000 principal amount note.

However, if the closing price of either Reference Stock falls below its Trigger Value on any Review Date, the notes will be automatically called and investors will lose more than 40% of their principal amount at maturity.
