JPMorgan Chase Issues High-Yield Notes Linked to AMD

JPMorgan Chase & Co. has issued a new product called Auto Callable Yield Notes Linked to the Common Stock of Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.

The notes are designed for investors who seek a higher interest rate than the yield on a conventional debt security with the same maturity issued by JPMorgan.

The notes will pay 12.00% per annum interest over the term of the notes, assuming no automatic call, payable at a rate of 3.00% per quarter.

The earliest date on which an automatic call may be initiated is November 23, 2026.
