JPMorgan Chase Issues Notes Linked to S&P 500, Nasdaq-100 Technology Sector IndexSM, and Russell 2000
JPMorgan Chase & Co., through its direct subsidiary JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC, has issued a new financial instrument linked to three major stock market indices: S&P 500, Nasdaq-100 Technology Sector IndexSM, and Russell 2000. The notes will pay interest if the closing level of each index on any review date is greater than or equal to its interest barrier.
The contingent interest rate for these notes is 9.10% per annum, payable at a rate of 0.75833% per month. If the closing level of any index on any review date is less than its interest barrier, no contingent interest payment will be made.
Investors can expect to receive a cash payment at maturity if the final value of each index is greater than or equal to its trigger value, which is 60% of the initial value. If the final value of any index is less than its trigger value, investors may lose up to 40% of their principal amount.
