JPMorgan Chase Issues Pricing Supplement for Auto Callable Notes Linked to MerQube US Tech+ Vol Advantage Index
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has issued a pricing supplement for Auto Callable Contingent Interest Notes Linked to the MerQube US Tech+ Vol Advantage Index, set to price on or about September 16, 2026.
The notes are designed for investors seeking a Contingent Interest Payment with respect to each Review Date if the closing level of the MerQube US Tech+ Vol Advantage Index is greater than or equal to 85.00% of its Initial Value.
If the closing level of the Index is above the Interest Barrier on any Review Date, investors will receive a Contingent Interest Payment of at least $7.50 (equivalent to a Contingent Interest Rate of at least 9.00% per annum) for each $1,000 principal amount note.
The notes will be automatically called if the closing level of the Index on any Review Date is greater than or equal to the Call Value of 95.00% of its Initial Value.
