JPMorgan Chase Issues Review Notes Linked to Dow, Russell 2000, and Nasdaq-100
JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC is issuing Review Notes Linked to the Least Performing of the Dow Jones Industrial Average, the Russell 2000 Index, and the Nasdaq-100 Index. The notes are designed for investors seeking early exit at a premium if any of the indices' closing levels meet or exceed their Call Values on designated Review Dates. The earliest automatic call date is September 15, 2027.
The notes have a minimum denomination of $1,000 and integral multiples thereof. They are priced on September 11, 2026, and expected to settle on or about September 16, 2026. The estimated value per note was $957.80 at the time of issuance. The notes are not bank deposits, insured by any government agency, or obligations of a bank.
The payment at maturity is based on the performance of each index individually, with no basket composed of indices. If the Final Value of any Index is less than its Barrier Amount, investors will lose more than 30% of their principal amount and could lose all of it.
