JPMorgan Chase Issues Uncapped Buffered Notes Linked to S&P 500 Futures Excess Return Index
JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has launched a new structured investment product called the Uncapped Buffered Return Enhanced Notes Linked to the S&P 500 Futures Excess Return Index.
The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co. and offer an uncapped return of 1.1875 times any appreciation of the S&P 500 Futures Excess Return Index at maturity, but investors should be willing to forgo interest payments and potentially lose up to 50% of their principal amount.
The notes have a minimum denomination of $1,000 and were priced on August 25, 2026. They are expected to settle on or about August 28, 2026, with an original issue date (settlement date) also on or about August 28, 2026.
The estimated value of the notes was $986.10 per $1,000 principal amount note when their terms were set.
