JPMorgan Chase Issues Uncapped Buffered Return Notes Linked to S&P 500 Futures Excess Return Index
JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the largest banks in the world, has issued a new financial product called Uncapped Buffered Return Enhanced Notes Linked to the S&P 500® Futures Excess Return Index due August 25, 2031. The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The notes offer an uncapped return of 1.87 times any appreciation of the S&P 500® Futures Excess Return Index at maturity. However, investors should be willing to forgo interest payments and potentially lose up to 80% of their principal amount at maturity.
The notes are unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC, which is a direct, wholly owned finance subsidiary of JPMorgan Chase & Co. The minimum denomination is $1,000 and integral multiples thereof. The notes priced on August 20, 2026, and are expected to settle on or about August 25, 2026.
