JPMorgan Chase Issues Uncapped Buffered Return Notes Linked to S&P 500 Futures Excess Return Index
JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has issued a new type of investment product called Uncapped Buffered Return Enhanced Notes Linked to the S&P 500 Futures Excess Return Index. These notes offer investors an uncapped return of 2.04 times any appreciation of the index, but come with risks including losing up to 80% of their principal amount at maturity.
The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co., and have a minimum denomination of $1,000. The pricing date was August 12, 2026, and the original issue date (settlement date) is expected to be on or about August 17, 2026.
The notes are not futures contracts or swaps and are not regulated under the Commodity Exchange Act, but are offered pursuant to an exemption from regulation.
