JPMorgan Chase Launches Auto Callable Dual Directional Buffered Equity Notes
JPMorgan Chase & Co., through its subsidiary JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC, has issued a new product called Auto Callable Dual Directional Buffered Equity Notes. These notes are designed for investors seeking early exit and a premium return if certain conditions are met.
The notes are linked to the S&P 500 Index, the Russell 2000 Index, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average, with a review date of September 8, 2027. If any of these indices reach or exceed their call value on this date, the notes will be automatically called for a cash payment equal to $1,000 plus a premium of $105.50 per note.
The notes are also designed to provide investors with an unleveraged exposure to the appreciation or depreciation of the least performing index at maturity. If the final value of each index is greater than its initial value, the investor will receive a payment equal to $1,000 plus the least performing index return. However, if any index's final value is less than its initial value by more than 20%, the investor may lose some or most of their principal amount.
The notes are unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC, with a minimum denomination of $1,000 and integral multiples thereof. The estimated value of the notes was $965.40 per note when they were issued on September 2, 2026.
