JPMorgan Chase Offers Review Notes Linked to iShares Semiconductor ETF and Nasdaq-100 Index
JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s subsidiary, JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC, is offering a new type of financial instrument called Review Notes Linked to the Lesser Performing of the iShares Semiconductor ETF and the Nasdaq-100 Index. These notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The Review Notes will pay a cash payment if, on any review date, the closing value of each of the iShares Semiconductor ETF (SOXX) and the Nasdaq-100 Index (NDX), is at or above its Call Value. The notes are designed for investors who seek early exit prior to maturity at a premium.
The earliest date on which an automatic call may be initiated is February 25, 2027. However, investors should be aware that they will forfeit interest and dividend payments if they choose to redeem the notes early. Additionally, there is a risk of losing up to 80% of their principal amount at maturity.
