JPMorgan Chase Pledges $750 Billion for US Homebuilding
JPMorgan Chase is expanding its commitment to boost U.S. home building and mortgage-related investments by $750 billion over the next decade.
This investment, roughly equivalent to Belgium's GDP in 2025, aims to increase homeownership access and affordable rental housing through targeted local community investments.
The financial services giant plans to hire 850 new 'home lending advisors', essentially mortgage loan officers, as part of its initiative dubbed the 'American Dream Initiative.'
