Cathleen Ryan Reneer is a seasoned cybersecurity and identity management executive with over four decades of experience. She currently serves as Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co., overseeing global identity and access management operations, while supporting the firm's Tampa Technology Center.

Reneer has built a reputation as a dynamic and results-driven leader who balances operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and large-scale transformation while managing teams and critical systems across global enterprises.
