JPMorgan Executive Joins CVS Health Corp. Board of Directors
JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s Chief Data and Analytics Officer Teresa Heitsenrether has joined CVS Health Corp.'s board of directors. The appointment was announced through a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing on August 13.
Heitsenrether replaced Larry M. Robbins, the CEO of Glenview Capital Management, who resigned from his position on the same day. Heitsenrether's election to the board took place on August 18.
