JPMorgan Hires Healthcare Banker David Blais from Guggenheim Securities

JPMorgan Chase & Co has made a significant move in its healthcare investment banking team by hiring David Blais from Guggenheim Securities. According to two people familiar with the decision, Blais will join JPMorgan as managing director later this month and report directly to co-heads of healthcare investment banking Jerry Lee and Nick Richitt.

Blais has been with Guggenheim Securities since August 2014 and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions in healthcare services. Before joining Guggenheim, he worked at JPMorgan between 2007 and 2010 as a director in mergers and acquisitions.
